I hail from Ukraine. Last year, I purchased cryptocurrency on Switchere around ten times after I verified my bank card. However, on the third attempt, my bank unexpectedly denied the transaction, and I was left with no options. It would be great if you could resolve this issue so that banks in Ukraine can process transactions for buying cryptocurrency.

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN BLOCKED FOR NO GOOD REASON

I've already confirmed my account and provided proof of everything. Name, phone number, email, a selfie with my bank card, bank card verification, and my bank statement all show that I’ve been using this account for exchanges. I reckon I’ve exchanged around $1500, and out of the blue, my account gets blocked. They claim it’s due to AML/KYC policies. What more proof do they need? Blocking accounts like this just ain't right.

This app is really disappointing.
